Dear Graduation Project Judges:

While completing this project I have learned that time management is key. I learned that it is really important to stay on task and not procrastinate.

This year I have been involved in multiple clubs. I recently turned 18 and starting my independence. I will be attending East Carolina University in the Fall of 2012. I will be attending to pursue a career in Nursing, I plan to attend ECU while participating in the Platoon Leadership Course for the Marine Corps.

I decided to do my graduation project on women’s role in the combat field in the military, I chose this topic because I would like to pursue a career in the military. I feel this argument will affect me directly someday so I figured I should address it now.

The easiest part of the project was doing the research. I had a very easy time writing the paper because this is something I am very passionate about. The hardest part of the project was meeting with my mentor. He was always busy so it was tough to meet with him. I decided tro meet more with my advisor so he could help me with my product. I think this will benefit me later in life to give me some background knowledge on women’s role in the military.
